Birth Works ™ method
Along side the absolute emotional high of giving birth to a healthy baby, we all have to agree that child birth does represent a certain type of a physical trauma for both, a mother as well as her newborn. The longer the birth lasts, the more strength a mother needs and the trauma for the baby escalates, thus compounding the possibilities of some longer lasting damage. In order to avoid the above the Ondina Birth Works method was designed.
It is essentially a training for pregnant woman and her partner during whom they learn how to consciously direct baby’s body through the birth canal quickly, easily and gently. This results in minimising the stress and pain experienced and avoiding damage of the pelvic floor area.
So, in the end, why should one choose the Ondina Birth Works method?
The answer is, for the obvious benefits:
Baby’s Benefits
